The environment is alright and the service was mediocre..not exactly what we expected but it did somewhat gave us some relaxation. However, we were not too happy with the “convenience fee” the business has charged us (even tho it was listed in small cap somewhere, following the law). Apparently that’s to cover the processing fee of credit card payment. TBH, I totally understand the extra credit card processing fee could be a burden to business, especially to small one. But isnt it also more reasonable the business only charges the convenience fee when the total amount has “not” reached certain amount? Especially considering the card payment is the most popular and common method nowadays? We are not being cheap but at the same time, I am not too fond with paying something that’s not necessary my part to pay.
